The well-being and safety of our people is of utmost importance to us and whilst we are still taking orders online in the UK, we continue to monitor and follow advice from the government and public health authorities.
Whilst the lockdown is in place, our stockists have closed the doors to their lovely stores in order to stay safe. Consequently, our ‘Click, Fit & Collect’ service has been removed from our website for the foreseeable. Some of our stockists are still active on social media and answering emails, so if you have any queries for them you can find their contact details on our Stockist Search here: Stockists Search
We have launched a range of operational procedures and precautions in order to keep our people safe.
The Panache offices are closed, with staff working from home with the equipment and the access to our systems in support of business activities. You can still contact our customer care team via email@example.com if you need any help. We ask for your patience and understanding during this time, whilst we all work in very different circumstances. Certain processes are taking slightly longer than our usual service and we offer our apologies for these delays caused. Please be assured that whatever your query is, we will action it and respond back.
We have issued clear guidelines on social distancing and other safety measures in our distribution centres. Staff are working shorter shifts to keep time spent at work to a minimum, and we have dramatically reduced the amount of staff in order to ensure social distancing is always in place. We have implemented enhanced hygiene protocols, maintaining the highest possible standards and making sure all surfaces are regularly being cleaned.
We would like to make it clear that whilst our staff levels and shifts have been reduced to maintain safety, our distribution centres are in no way working under targets or unrealistic workloads.
Your orders may take longer during this time, but this is the safest way we can deliver our products to you.
Our parcels are delivered by UPS, who have ceased the use of their ‘sign scanners’ where you sign for your parcel, and are keeping their distance while you answer your door. UPS have their own procedures in place to keep their delivery drivers and you safe. For more information, read their official COVID-19 updates here: UPS
UPS has faced challenges when delivering to residences where there is more than one resident (flats or apartments for example). It is key that when you place an order, you enter your flat number. On occasions where this information is not given, the package is returned to us.
To make things easier, make sure you enter your email and mobile number when placing an order from us. Don’t worry, no one is going to call you up for a chat! It’s just so that UPS can keep you updated with your order, so you know exactly when to expect it.
Our amazing teams are working really hard to make sure that our business continues to change to effectively run through these difficult times. We ask that you remain mindful when placing an order that, during these exceptional circumstances the processing and delivery times may be longer than usual. Thank you for supporting Panache!
