Richmond Tea Rooms – Manchester
Located in the heart of Manchester, the Richmond Tea Rooms décor is totally Over The Top gives a knowing nod towards a Tim Burton inspired design. Their chefs have created unique specialities whilst also providing the traditional favourites too.
A Grade II listed warehouse on the cobbled stones of Mathew Street in Liverpool is the new home of Tea Parlour, an independent vintage-inspired venue referred to as one of the most nostalgic places to take tea in the North West.
Tucked away on the first floor of the Victorian landmark turned art gallery, Tea Parlour is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy the soothing sounds of the resident pianist in a sunlit sitting room. Delicious, buttery scones and homemade cakes along with a menu of rare and limited edition loose brew teas make a visit almost irresistible.
Designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh in 1904, the Willow Tea Rooms in Sauchiehall Street remains one of the city’s major attractions for both local and overseas visitors. See the Room De Luxe and Gallery and marvel at the many original features still on show today.
