How long we keep your information for
Dependent on the reason for you providing us with information, we store details for 3 bands of timeline –
Guest Checkout Purchases – 18months. This allows us to with any warranty issues.
Newsletter Sign Ups – Indefinitely whilst you keep an interest in our mailers, or 2 years of no activity. This allows us to keep you up to date with Panache news and updates.
Registered Accounts – Indefinitely while you are regularly purchasing or logging in through the account, or 5 years of no activity. This allows you to easily access your account for any future purchases or to view previous orders.
Controlling your personal information
