This week, the global fashion elite descends into London to preview the latest collections from our talented home grown fashion designers. London Fashion Week is about harnessing new and exciting talent with trends taken and utilised across the globe.

We’ve highlighted a few of our favourite designers below:

Giles Deacon

The fashion editors love Giles’s shows, his collections have real energy. Playing with romanticism whilst focusing on injections of print and colour to add a bit of fun to proceedings. Maturing over the seasons, Deacon presents beautiful dresses and sharp tailoring that always make him a hot ticket for London Fashion Week

Vivienne Westwood

Dame Vivienne Westwood is the ultimate London designer, Vivienne is also one of the most renowned designers globally recognised from London. Her collections exude in gothic romanticism and chaotic glamour – with plenty of plaid thrown in for good measure. Each collection continues her main aesthetic of punk glamour

Henry Holland

Possibly one of the zaniest designers to come out of London, Holland creates some of the most vibrant and ‘out there’ collections London has seen. A celebrity in his own right, Holland has collaborated with the likes of Pretty Polly and Debenhams bring a slice of his own eccentricity to the high street.

J.JS Lee has held the prestigious slot of opening London Fashion Week for a few seasons, and boy does she always kick things off in a good way. The Korean born designer who studied at Central St.Martins in London showcases minimalist cut and modern designs, whilst experimenting with bold geometric prints, tailoring and fabrics – definitely one to highlight our homegrown talent.

Fashion Power House Burberry is one of the hottest tickets at London Fashion Week. Fashion offices all over London tune into the live stream of the Burberry shows to watch this British classic. Christopher Bailey always presents a beautiful show that stays true to Burberry’s heritage. It’s also our favourite show to do the celeb spotting – this always has the most killer FROW!
