With Spring finally breaking through those last winter clouds, it’s the perfect time to embrace the crisp spring air for a run in the great outdoors. Running is perfect for absorbing the scenery and of course to keep fit!

 

Whether you are a novice or experienced runner, there are many different routes and paths you can take to suit your capability. For those of you who are new to running, try a course that is a shorter distance on flat land, however if you’re up for a challenge try a course that is hilly or involves an incline across a longer distance.

 

If you’re based in London, take advantage of some of the most glorious parks available on your doorstep. Whether you fancy a city scape view from the top of Primrose Hill or an exciting trail through an abandoned railway via Highgate woods, there are routes and views for everyone.
