UK Standard delivery to a Mainland UK postal address – (3-5 working days*, via UPS, signature required) is £3.95. Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will notify you by email or text alert.
Once your package has been collected by UPS you will receive a text message with a tracking number and estimated delivery date and time. You can change these times to a more convenient one, change the delivery address or arrange a collection point by contacting following the link in the text you receive.
*Our aim is to ship your order as soon as possible, subject to availability of stock and authorisation of your payment. There are some things we can’t control, like bad weather or disruption to the delivery service, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. To ensure you receive your order in time for Christmas, please order no later than 12pm on Tuesday 22nd December 2020.
Orders placed from 12pm onwards, from Tuesday 22nd December 2020 to Monday 4th January 2021 inclusive, will be despatched no later than close of business on Thursday 7th January 2021.

Please note our offices will be closed for the festive season from 17:00 on Thursday 24th December 2020, until 08:00 on Monday 4th January 2021. We will aim to reply back to any emails received during this time period by close of business on Friday 8th January 2021.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you’ve purchased from panache-lingerie.com, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund (including initial delivery charge where the whole order is returned) within 28 days of you receiving the order, as long as the item is returned in its original condition and is unworn, unwashed and has all its labels still attached.
To ensure items are suitable for return and in the interests of hygiene, we ask that you make sure no makeup or creams etc. come into contact with bras while you are trying them on and you do not try on briefs. We reserve the right to refuse to refund where this clearly has not been adhered to and if briefs are returned in damaged or open packaging.
The cost of postage is not covered by Panache Lingerie unless all items purchased are returned within 28 days. Returns postage is payable by the customer.
To qualify for a refund, you need to return the item within 28 days from when you receive them. Unfortunately, returns received outside this period cannot be accepted, so please allow enough time for your item to reach us – four days is usually sufficient via Royal Mail.
To return your item, please log in to your account on panache-lingerie.com or follow this link and complete the onscreen instructions. Once complete you will be issued a unique returns number that you must add to the returns section of your order summary (received in your delivery) and enclose in the returned package, along with the items you wish to return. If you no longer have your order summary or have trouble following the link please enclose a note with your items including your order number, name, address, contact telephone number and email address, as well as your reason for return. Please make sure you get proof of postage from the post office, and keep this safe until you have received your refund

We’ll let you know by email when your return has been received. Refunds will be processed as we receive your items, but please allow 3-5 days for shipping and bear in mind that refunds cannot be processed over the weekend.

First please check that the items you’d like to return meet the requirements of our returns policy and that you have included the relevant form. Please note returns sent without the relevant form may not be refunded.

If you think an item we’ve sent you is faulty, please chose this option on the returns form and provide a brief explanation of the fault. Once the item has been received it will be checked by our returns team to confirm if it is a manufacturing fault. If the item is deemed as faulty, your account will be credited accordingly. If the item is not deemed faulty we will return it to you with an explanation of our findings.
Any refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. If your card has expired since you placed the order, please get in touch and let us know your new expiry date so we can process this. You’ll receive an email when your refund is in progress. We will process the refund via Paypal within five working days.
