When you’ve fallen in love with you new lingerie, simply pay in-store or return instantly for free.
The Click, Fit & Collect service which is provided free of charge, and we aim to have your items available for you to collect within 3 – 5 working days*. You will receive a text and email to confirm we have received an order, then a second to confirm that your order has arrived in our store and are available for collection.
*Our aim is to receive your order as soon as possible, subject to availability of stock and authorisation of your payment. There are some things we can’t control, like bad weather or disruption to the delivery service, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
